Jumping, bouncing, and playing on inflatable equipment involves risks of injury or accident.Game It Up is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage caused during participation, unless it results from gross negligence on our part.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Our staff are here to assist but are not replacements for parental guidance.
You must follow all safety rules and instructions from our staff. Failure to comply may result in removal from the park.
By entering this area, you waive all rights to claim against Game It Up, its owners, or staff for any injury sustained while using the facility.
Participation implies consent. By remaining on the premises or allowing your child to play, you agree to this waiver.
